Flush contracting initially provided builders’ works services, including the demolition of existing concrete stair wells and flooring, replacement of shell and core with RC lift shafts, stairs and floors.
Following a successful proposal Flush Group then completely refurbished this former department store into a state-of-the-art office, restaurant, and bar complex.
