Flush Group purchased a detached bungalow at 85 Dundonald Drive, Leigh-on-Sea, Essex with the intention of applying for planning approval for 2 × 4 bedroom semi-detached houses.
We purchased the property in the spring of 2012 and were successful in gaining the consent for the demolition of the existing bungalow and to develop 2 × 4 bedroom semi-detached houses in the autumn of 2012. We commenced the building works late 2012 and completed the project in the summer of 2013. Both properties had been sold ‘off plan’ before the project had been completed.
