An associated company of Flush Group Managing Director Grant Lodge purchased a speculative site, which was originally used as a single storey printing works.
Over a 12 month period, time and money was invested into obtaining planning permission for a 3 storey office unit block with associated car parking. Flush Group was involved with the completion works of Vantage House consisting of a 3 storey office block (circa 15,000 sq.ft) with associated car parking.
